Veterans Housing (SSVF)

Supportive Services for Veteran Families is a program for veterans who are homeless or who are at risk for homelessness. Our first priority is finding vets stable housing. Once a veteran has a place to live, they can better focus on other challenges like finding work, managing money, improving their health, or overcoming substance use.

Proven success rate

Our vets stay in their homes

If a veteran is experiencing or is at risk for homelessness, our Veteran Services team works quickly to help them find housing again. Last year, 85% of veterans in our rapid rehousing program moved into stable housing by the end of the program. Six months later, 93% were still living in their homes. These results show that when veterans have a safe place to call home, they have a stronger foundation for the future.
