• Make it easier and faster to request help
• Allow more people the opportunity to apply
We no longer take financial assistance requests by phone.
How the online application process works:
1. | Click the link below, fill out the form, and hit the green “submit” button. Please be sure to select the county you live in. |
2. | You’ll get an e-mail confirmation from us immediately. If you don’t get one, you may have entered the wrong e-mail address. Try again and resubmit. |
3. | Each Monday our team reviews all forms that were submitted the previous week. |
4. | If you are picked, we will call or text you on Monday or Tuesday. You’ll need to reply to the call/text within 12 hours. |
5. | If you do not get a call or text by Wednesday morning, it means we cannot help you that week. You can apply again the following week. |
