Catholic Charities offers a variety of affordable living options for older adults and people with disabilities.
Among our five properties in Kansas City, Warrensburg and Cameron, you can choose downtown living, suburban neighborhoods or rural settings. Amenities include controlled access, on-site maintenance, activities and wellness programs, and nearby shopping. Social service coordinators help residents with questions about insurance, medical bills and benefits.
These communities are reserved for people over the age of 62, or for people under age 62 with a disability.
Rental rates are based on HUD income parameters. Catholic Charities follows HUD guidelines and regulations to ensure safety, comfort and affordability for residents.
