How much does adoption cost for expectant parents?

There is no cost for expectant parents considering adoption. Our team can explain available services and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Can I choose the adoptive family?

Yes. If you choose adoption, you can be involved in selecting the family for your child. We will help you learn about waiting families so you can choose the one that feels right for you.

Can I get to know the adoptive family?

Yes. Many expectant parents choose to meet or communicate with the adoptive family before placement. We can help create a plan that reflects your comfort level and wishes.

Can I choose adoption if I have other children?

Yes. Every family's situation is unique. Having other children does not prevent you from considering adoption. Our team can help you explore your options and make the best decision for your family.

Can I have a relationship with my baby after adoption?

Many adoptions today include some level of ongoing communication or contact. The details are different for every adoption and are based on what everyone agrees is best for the child. We can help you understand your options.

How are adoptive families screened?

All adoptive families complete a thorough screening process that includes background checks, home studies, interviews, education, and training. Our goal is to ensure children are placed in safe, stable, and loving homes.

Will adoptive parents love my child as much as a biological child?

Families who choose adoption are making a lifelong commitment to a child. Adoptive parents open their hearts and homes to provide love, support, and a sense of belonging. Many adoptive families describe adoption as one of the ways their family was meant to grow.
