Housing Services
Senior and Disabled Housing
Your housing needs may change as you get older. Or maybe you have a disability that requires better accessibility or special services. When you decide it’s time for you or a family member to make a move, choosing the right environment with the right services is an important decision.
Catholic Charities offers a variety of affordable living options for older adults and people with disabilities. Social service coordinators help residents with questions about insurance, medical bills and benefits.
Veteran Services
Catholic Charities has a long tradition of serving our nation’s veterans. If you served in the military and are in a housing crisis or need help, call immediately.
Our veterans services programs focus on helping you find safe, permanent housing first. Then, our case managers work one-on-one with you to set a plan to enable — and empower — a successful transition to productive and healthy civilian living.
Community Housing
Community Housing is a permanent supportive housing program operated through HUD support. People who are chronically homeless and are disabled may be eligible for assistance through the community housing program.
Six counties are covered in this program. Case management provides support to help people build their lives and become self-sustaining.
