Every child has the right to a safe, loving, nurturing, and permanent home.
Adoption is a very personal — very loving — choice for birth parents and adoptive parents. If you’re considering adoption, Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph will walk with you every step of the way.
Services For Expectant Moms
For over a century, Catholic Charities has provided professional, confidential and compassionate care for birth parents and other family members as needed — for as long as needed. We know choosing adoption takes courage and pure love. So we’ll be there for you every step of the way.
We focus on your health and wellbeing first, along with the best start for baby. Our experienced staff work with you one-on-one to provide confidential consultation, emotional support, health care coordination, comprehensive services, post-birth care, counseling and more.
Today’s adoptions are dramatically different from even just a decade ago. Now, you have more choices about how involved, or not, you want to be after the birth. You’ll have a chance to review and meet the potential adoptive parents you’re matched with. So you have peace of mind, knowing you’ve chosen the life and family environment you want.
If you’re facing an unplanned pregnancy, Catholic Charities can help. To get started, please call 913.908.0829 to speak with an adoption social worker. You can also reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
